Everything Day

  • Noon-1pm Horns
  • 1-2 pm Tuba/Euphonium
  • 2-3 pm Trombone
  • 3-4 pm Clarinet
  • 4-5 pm Percussion

We need your help. These opportunities are available to everyone - even if you are new to the Dragon Band. If you are new, come a few minutes early and we can be sure you are up to date on your area. Everyone is welcome to participate in this big day.... If you aren't sure where to volunteer let us know.

Here’s a quick run down of the forms you need for Everything Day:

MAP – your roadmap to navigate you though your time slot. In the interest of saving paper, we will not have printed copies of these available on Everything Day. Please print and bring with you. Station Explanations – This document tells you what you will be doing at each station. In the interest of saving paper, we will not have printed copies of these available on Everything Day. Passport – you will receive a passport upon arrival. Please be sure to visit all stations and have them sign your passport. This will be checked at the Form Verification station before checkout. Order Form – you will receive an order form (in 3-part carbon) upon arrival. This is what you will use to order items and record your family funding amount. We have included this as a reference so you can see the cost of things ahead of time. You’ll need to use the carbon form provided that day.

Newsletter – you will receive a hard copy of this upon arrival. There is a lot of information here, so we wanted you to have access to it early in the event you wanted to read through everything. There will also be other forms to fill out…competition meal forms for Varsity Band and Varsity Crew Helpers, Parent Preview Meal order forms, etc. that you will receive at specific stations.

You will also want to bring your calendar (so that you can sign up for football concession section nights!) and your checkbook with at least 4-8 checks. You will be making checks out to the school, boosters, and the vendors on hand separately. Credit cards will be accepted for payment for RRBB items only. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card orders.
